A loosely braided translucent ribbonWater N’ Ice is fantastic for painted canvas where you want some of the color to show through. It is also great for any reflecting surface such as water, ice, mirrors, dew drops, and frost. "Water N Ice" comes in other colors too. Most are also "see through" but some, the dark ones, are not. Those have a glossy "wet" look. Water N'Ice is a strong metallic that will not wear while stitching, but anything past the eye of the needle will unbraid and be lost. Long stitches give the best effect, so make sure that you lay this fiber so that it is flat on the surface of the canvas. This will give the best shine. Water N’ Ice can also be used in geometric designs where you would like a frosted look over other stitches. Available on a 9 metre card.
