We Have just about completed the ne price list and its off to the printers at the end of this week.
However with a 32 page site let us know of any missed errors or improvements, we can't always find them.
Thanks, There just may be a small prize for corrections that get to us before it goes to the printers!!

- Major Site Overhaul - Bad Layouts, missing prices etc.
We are in the middle of a total software change and many of our previously tidy page layouts have got mashed in the conversion and upgrade process. We are sorry if this has and is spoiling your enjoyment of our site. We hope we have found most of the layouts that have problems. We will correct them over the next week or so.
However on a 650 page site we may miss a few and so please let us know where the site is spoiled or just could do with improvement.

The UK Distributor for these products has stopped distributing them.
We have been in direct conversation with Rico-Design and will, (subject to freight costs and such matters), soon be able to buy directly from them, this will improve service and enable us to deal with your delayed orders when it starts.

The "Quick Menu" at the top of the non shopping pages has been fixed, sorry it took so long - it was a bit tricky! Hope you find it helpful.

- we are very sorry that your shopping experience has been disturbed.
However during the above 16 days we have suffered extreme problems on our shopping site due to hardware failure at our ISP in the first instance. This was followed by two days spent rebuilding the server and recovering our site. (At no time was data/identity security at risk.)
- Further days were bad as we had a site running with random errors on the software that drives the shopping experience. To this end our software suppliers Actinic were brought in to advise, we managed to prove that it was not the site formats, data or software that was not working. Finally we found that the server had been rebuilt with the advised version of Perl software but that was not compatible with the site's Actinic software.
- We have been testing the site and repairing/undoing fixes that were intended to cure the problem.
Please let us know if you find any little bits that don't work.
- The rebuild and recovery is near completion and the site should run faster now

the printers and back orders for it are in the post.
- Don't forget the latest "Corrected Price List" version is available as a PDF to view or print.

- New Price List in production currently prices on our data base are in effect for telephone mail and faxed orders. "Website prices" only apply to "Web orders".
- Magazine Subscriptions facility coming soon - Great for Presents!
