A quarter panel = 12 blocks (3 x 4) with a half block border all the way round for fringing. A half panel = 28 blocks (4 x 7) with a half block border all the way round for fringing. A full panel = 56 blocks (8 x 7) with a half block border all the way round for fringing. Each block in the panel is approx 86x86 stitches, actual area about 4.75inches square, the blocks are 18 count.
