The Witching Hour is a brand new exclusive design from the Susan Penny Design Studio.  Inspired by vintage Halloween storybooks and traditional samples, The Witching Hour brings together a collection of spooky motifs including a pumpkin, ghost, black cat, witch's hat, haunted bookshelf and cobweb, all framed by a colourful patchwork border.  

Designed to fit a 15x15cm black frame.
